• All live items are shipped UPS Next Day Air Monday - Wednesday and usually arrive 10:30am-1:00pm EST.
• We will check the weather and holiday before ship to you for the best.
• We always pack your package with our high quality with best skill ( we have international shipping company so we know each fish need different kind of packing) to ensure the safe arrival of your livestock if delay.
• In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must submit a DOA Request within 2 hours of delivery with unopen bag video and video of fish in water bucket at least 15 minutes record. (UPS posted time).
• Once we receive the request we will issue a replacement or store credit.
• The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds on livestock or shipping. 
• Red Father Aquatics cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your UPS shipment to arrive late or lost. Keep in mind we do the best we can do to make it right! 
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
• We do not ship livestock outside of the continental US.
